Mini bliss

Yoga, reiki, qi gong, sound and tarot with Cass Cheah, in Camberwell or wherever you'd like.

Suppleness is the essence of life

What I share

Four practices, offered on their own or woven together into a mini bliss.

Yoga

Trained in vinyasa yoga, and not limited to handstands and arm balances. Classes can be nourishing and alignment-focused, with creative sequencing that leaves you feeling embodied, building physical strength and supporting mental health.

Reiki

An energy healing practice where the practitioner places their hands in a series of positions over the body. Reiki activates the relaxation response, helping the body rebalance itself at a very deep level.

Qi gong

A 4,000-year-old Chinese practice of meditation, controlled breathing and movement. Qi, or energy, is self-generated and circulated through the body to maintain wellbeing.

Tarot

Tarot began as playing cards in the 15th century and grew into a deck of 78 major and minor arcana. Today it's a tool for connecting with the universe, offering guidance, shadow work and support to those who seek it.

Mini bliss retreat

A mix of yoga, qi gong, reiki and sound bath to create a mini bliss for your mind and senses. Small groups, Sunday afternoons in Camberwell.

So glad you made it here

This has been quite a journey so far. I finished a Commerce degree (accounting and e-commerce) at university, went on to study my CPA, and worked, and still work, in corporate finance.

One fine day I started going to yoga at my local studio, just because one opened nearby. It was more for the exercise, but it quickly grew into something deeper than the physical. Then the universe aligned: Les Leventhal, an internationally known teacher, decided to hold his one-off teacher training outside Bali, in Melbourne, at my local studio. A calling I couldn't miss. I put my finance role on the line to train as a vinyasa yoga teacher, and I've been teaching since 2016.

Continuing my journey of embodiment, out of the blue I booked a reiki session with Nourished Energy (Loretta Carraro). I didn't know a thing about reiki, and I must admit I didn't feel anything, or I did and didn't notice (eek!). Anyway, my intuition had me book in for reiki training levels 1, 2 and 3A, all the way to Reiki Master. Things felt awesome!

Reiki enriched my life so much, and guided by a stronger intuition I became a qi gong teacher too. It's a self-generating energy practice and, as I found out once my training was complete, it runs in my ancestral line.

When my 2020 plans for further qi gong training in China went on the back burner because of Covid, I finally (and I say finally) enrolled in a tarot reading course. I've played with oracle cards since I was a child, and it's a topic that floated around me for years. I love it so much, and it's lovely to share it with others… to be continued.

I can't wait to keep sharing and inspiring you, and to take you along on the wellness journey with me.

xx Cass
